1. Use of Services
Radiant Revolution Serves provides residential, commercial, and bulk waste collection services throughout Georgia. By scheduling a pickup or requesting a quote, you agree to provide accurate information and comply with any guidelines related to waste disposal, pickup schedules, and bin placement.
2. Service Scheduling
Pickup schedules are based on your selected plan or request. You are responsible for ensuring that waste is placed in the appropriate bins and at the correct pickup location before the scheduled time.
If waste is not accessible or not prepared according to our guidelines, we reserve the right to skip the pickup and charge a missed service fee.
3. Payments and Billing
Payment terms are outlined during the booking process or as part of your service agreement. We accept various payment methods through secure, third-party payment processors.
Recurring services are billed monthly or as agreed upon.
One-time pickups must be paid in full before service.
Late payments may result in service interruption or additional fees.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
You may cancel or reschedule services with at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed pickups or same-day cancellations may be subject to a service fee.
Refunds are only issued in cases where Radiant Waste fails to deliver service without proper notice or due cause. No refunds are issued for completed services.
5. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
Placing waste in appropriate containers
Following local disposal regulations
Keeping access clear and safe for our crew
Avoiding prohibited or hazardous materials unless pre-approved
Failure to comply may result in service denial or additional charges.
6. Prohibited Waste
We do not collect hazardous, medical, flammable, or restricted waste unless specifically authorized. These include:
Batteries
Paints and solvents
Oil or chemicals
Medical or biohazard materials
Explosives

7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including logos, text, graphics, and service names, is the property of Radiant Waste and may not be copied or used without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
Radiant Waste is not liable for:
Delays due to weather, road conditions, or unforeseen events
Damage caused by improperly disposed waste
Missed pickups due to customer error
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific service.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend service to any customer for violations of these Terms, abusive behavior, or non-payment.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
